How does it work?
- Simply Ring or E-mail us to discuss your cleaning needs.
- Arrangements will be made about time/date and regularity.
- We will give you more time to be stress-free, not having to worry about those weekly chores.

Q. Do I have to supply cleaning materials?
A. No unlike other Domestic Cleaners our cleaners
will bring everything with them but will only use
the products with your approval.
Q. Do you have insurance cover?
A. Yes, including public liability
insurance in the very rare event of damage to
your home.
Q. Will I have the same cleaners every time?
A. The same one or two person team will
clean for you if you schedule weekly
or bi-weekly cleaning service.
Q. Will I have to stay in while my cleaning is done?
A. Not if you don't want to, Spare Keys can be given to
your cleaner (after completing a 'Key Holder
Acknowledgement Form') so they can clean for
you at anytime needed. Any more information
on this please feel free to ring us.
Q. Are your cleaners vetted?
A. Yes, including CRB (criminal record) checked.
Q. What will get cleaned?
A. That is totally up to you, our service is tailored to
your specific needs. If you have any special
requirements please let your cleaner
know.
i.e. things that need cleaning weekly or on
a rotation basis.
Q. What happens if I need to cancel an
Appointment?
A. Not a problem, all we ask is 24hrs notice or
you may incur a charge depending on the
hours booked.
